Customer service is excellent

This is an update to my last review - Courtney from Onyx active have responded to my review and really took into consideration of what was mentioned (asking for photos and details). Her professionalism and drive to improve is impressive. Needless to say I will continue to purchase from Onyx Active as I know first hand that they take feedbacks seriously and will act on it.

NB I did not want an exchange of the mat as I still like the design. Courtney did not ask for this second review.
